Complete BS!!! Interestingly, there was complete curbside luggage service at each terminal entry which is rare nowadays. None available, but you could book Uber for the drive to the Airport.
He looked at me like a deer in headlights. I asked the night manager why they didn't start their shuttle service at 3:30am so that gives passengers a little more breathing room for checking in and/or handling any issues which could arise. Airlines require you to check-in at least one hour prior to departure if you have luggage and two hours if you have an international flight. The first flight of the morning is at 5:27am. The first shuttle doesn't start until 4:20am. I mistakenly assumed the hotel had extensive shuttle service since it was less than a mile to the Airport. As a Marriott Platinum member, I recently chose the Kansas City Airport Marriott for its close location to the Airport since I had an early flight out. I travel 45 weeks each year and have been doing so for 26 years.
